Location: Rochford, near Southend, Essex – onsite parking and 5 mins from station

Salary: Basics up to £50k doe, no threshold, commission uncapped

Office based initially, 1 day wfh offered after probation.

The Opportunity

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own your desk and manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client partnerships to candidate sourcing and successful placements. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your market and your earnings, backed by a respected brand with deep sector expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients in Accountancy, Legal, and Technology.
• Proactively sourcing, screening, and managing exceptional candidates.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.
• Working towards quality-focused targets, not just numbers.
• Collaborating with a supportive, ambitious team that celebrates success together.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who thrives in a consultative, people-first sales environment and has the ambition to build something of your own. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in Accountancy, Legal, or Technology recruitment, although we’ll consider other sectors if you have the drive, tenacity, and money motivation to succeed. If you have fantastic business development skills, a consultative approach, happy to look at people from outside recruitment, such as estate agency, banking, business, professional service if you possess the drive and strong work ethic to succeed.
