Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team based in The Pantiles, Royal Tunbridge Wells a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, detail-driven individual who enjoys both structured operational work and creative brand involvement.
Salary: £26–28k
Hours: 37.5 per week
Hybrid: Potential for hybrid working after successful probation

This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting the Operations Manager across compliance, contracts, data management, and wider operational projects. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and process, while also enjoying variety.
Core Responsibilities
Contracts & Data
- Compliance checks and reference requests (GDPR aware)
- Drafting contractor and client contracts
- Managing AdobeSign process and chasing signatures
- Logging contract status and maintaining accurate records
- Purchase Order chasing and invoicing logs
- Maintaining framework agreement trackers and expiry dates
- Ensuring contractor records remain up to date
Operations
- Supporting project work (ISO certification, carbon reporting, industry awards)
- Managing operational compliance and memberships
- Office management and supplier renewals
- Document creation and updates (org charts, spreadsheets, forms)
- Assisting with company events (including fully funded summer/winter parties, charity and team-building events)
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- General ad hoc operational support
Essential Skills
- Competent in Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, organised and dependable
For candidates with an interest or experience in web, branding and social media, there is scope to expand the role into marketing and brand management.
This could include:
- Website management and SEO (including AI-driven search optimisation)
- UX improvements across mobile and desktop
- SEO analysis (SEMrush, Google Search Console beneficial)
- Canva-based brand asset creation
- Blog writing and content creation
- Managing LinkedIn & Instagram (minimum 3 posts per week)
- Performance tracking and analytics reporting
