Recruitment Resourcer/Delivery Consultant

Tunbridge Wells, office based 5 days initially, potential to work 1 day from home after probation or for experienced recruiters.

Basic Salary: Up to £31,000 basic DOE OTE £60K+ uncapped commission

Our client is hiring an experienced SAP Resourcer to support high-volume, high-value contract and fixed-term hiring across the SAP and ERP market. This role is ideal for an agency resourcer who enjoys candidate-led delivery, proactive sourcing, and working closely with sales in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You’ll be joining an established international recruitment business where delivery excellence is recognised, rewarded, and directly linked to commission.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively source contract and fixed-term SAP/ERP professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
• Own candidate management from initial approach through to placement
• Screen, qualify, and shortlist candidates against technical and commercial requirements
• Produce client-ready CVs aligned to role specifications
• Build and maintain a strong, reusable candidate network for repeat business
• Keep Vincere CRM and candidate records accurate and up to date
• Develop long-term relationships with contractors and candidates
• Support live roles and future pipeline requirements
• Gather market intelligence, rate insights, and lead information from candidate conversations
• Partner closely with the Resource Manager and Sales Consultants to deliver against client demand

• Minimum 2 years’ agency recruitment experience (resourcing or delivery focused)
• Strong track record of proactive candidate sourcing in a competitive market
• Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple live roles
• Excellent communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Degree educated ideally or educated to A-Level standard (minimum of 3 strong A-Levels)

• IT or technology recruitment background
• Experience delivering contract and/or fixed-term roles
• Exposure to SAP, ERP, or enterprise systems recruitment

• Up to £31,000 basic salary (DOE)
• Uncapped commission
