What are we looking for..

Recruitment Resourcer

Office base: Horsham

Working pattern: Hybrid from day one. Office-based Monday to Thursday, Fridays working from home

Basic salary: £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on previous experience

This is a one-on-one role, working directly alongside a 360 recruiter.

You will be involved in all client briefings, giving you a full and clear understanding of exactly what you are recruiting for and why.

You will be provided with all the tools to support your role, alongside additional outsourcing support, giving you access to high-quality candidates and the tools needed to succeed. This role is designed to set you up properly.

The role is candidate-focused only.

No business development and no direct sales.

You will, however, be dealing with sales recruiters day in, day out, so confidence, communication, and resilience are essential.

Working pattern and flexibility

This role is hybrid from day one, with 1 day per week working from home.

As you gain experience, perform consistently, and achieve your targets, there is genuine flexibility to reduce office time further. In line with how the current team already work, this can move to as little as 2 days per week in the office over time.

Flexibility here is real, earned, and proven.

Earnings and progression

• Realistic year one OTE of £40000 to £50000 for a resourcer, with clear scope to build comfortably year on year

• High average invoice values, meaning you are rewarded well for each placement

• An unrivalled commission structure that rises to 50%

• Clear and genuine progression for people who want to climb the recruitment career ladder

We operate in a very buoyant market. There is no shortage of roles to fill, and for the right, resourceful person, there is no shortage of candidates either.

What we are looking for

You must be articulate, intelligent, engaging, and persuasive, with strong sales skills and a commercial mindset. You must be prepared to work hard, roll your sleeves up, and fully commit, but in return you will be heavily rewarded.

Relationship building is absolutely critical. You must be able to listen, understand, and translate what you are hearing into effective recruitment activity.

Recruitment experience is not essential

If you are not from recruitment, you must come from a direct sales background and be able to demonstrate success, resilience, and strong communication skills.

Attitude, ambition, and a desire to build something long-term matter more than anything else.
