HOT JOB - Delivery only, Tech recruitment. Only 1 day in week in office, City of London!!
My client, a medium size well established "Tech into Finance" recruitment agency is looking for a brilliant Delivery Consultant to support a senior consultant, currently billing £600-700k annually in Tech across contract and perm.
This role would someone with recruitment experience who enjoys delivery, working closely with a lead consultant, and operating in a low-micromanagement environment, no KPIs.
The Role
➡️ Delivery-focused recruitment role supporting a senior consultant
➡️ Working on both permanent and contract vacancies
➡️ Primarily mid-level roles within Tech
➡️ Managing candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting and process management
➡️ Opportunity to take on more responsibility over time, depending on performance
Experience Required
✅ 1–2 years’ experience working with candidates in a recruitment agency (no education or healthcare)
✅ Able to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision
✅ Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple roles
✅ Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Working Environment
➡️ One day per week in the office
➡️No KPIs or micromanagement
➡️ Performance-focused and delivery-led
Salary & Commission ????
✅ Basic salary between £30-35k
✅ Monthly commission scheme with no threshold
✅ Sliding-scale commission based on base salary
✅ Commission paid on both contract and permanent revenue
