• Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and interview high-caliber candidates using various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
• Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, contributing to the company's overall success.

• Experience: Proven track record in 360 recruitment, preferably within white-collar sectors such as professional services, commercial, or technical fields.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
