Specialist Search & Selection Consultancy – Sales and Marketing

Near Sevenoaks, Kent

Up to £40kk basic DOE plus uncapped commission

Due to exciting strategic growth plans for 2026, an award-winning, UK-wide specialist Sales, Marketing, and Executive Search Consultancy is looking to hire  driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and map out markets to identify and engage top talent for client requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Develop new business opportunities across key markets and industry sectors
• Manage multiple accounts and projects with professionalism and attention to detail
• Coordinate interviews and guide both clients and candidates through the recruitment process
• Conduct targeted headhunting and talent searches for executive-level roles
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to develop your market presence
• Maintain accurate records and client data on the company’s CRM system

About You

You’ll be ambitious, resilient, and commercially minded, with the drive to build a successful career in recruitment. You’ll Have:

• A proven track record in B2B recruitment agency sales experience
