The Role

You will lead the permanent desk across infrastructure and civil engineering.

You must bring sector knowledge and confidence in working at pace within a technical market.

Although this is a full 360 role, you will inherit a strong flow of incoming vacancies due to major contracts already secured for 2026.

Alongside this, you will have full autonomy to build new relationships, open new doors, and further grow the desk in your own style.
