Position: Recruitment Consultant – Legal (360)
Location: Essex (office-based on outskirts of Southend; hybrid options considered for the right candidate)

Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing, dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for legal professionals, including solicitors, paralegals, and legal executives.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Build strong pipelines using multiple sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, referrals), provide interview coaching, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with law firms, in-house legal teams, and other stakeholders. Advise clients on market trends, candidate availability, and tailored recruitment strategies.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new client opportunities, expand portfolios, and drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Expertise: Leverage Legal 360 systems to streamline workflows, stay current on industry trends and regulations, and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Proven experience in legal recruitment (1+ years preferred) or professional services also considered.
- Hands-on experience with Legal 360 workflows or systems.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of legal markets, hiring trends, and employment regulations.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS, CRM platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Degree in law, business, HR, or equivalent experience preferred.
