Recruitment Consultant We are recruiting on behalf of our fantastic client for an exciting opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant based in Billericay, Essex. Role Overview This is a full 360° recruitment role, where you’ll play a vital part in managing every stage of the recruitment lifecycle, from engaging with clients and candidates to delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Location: Billericay, Essex Salary: £27,000 – £40,000 (DOE) + Lucrative Commission and Bonus Scheme Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Management

• Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify Opportunities: Proactively generate new leads and business opportunities through networking and market research.
• Provide Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recruitment insights to clients based on market trends.
• Deliver Solutions: Understand client requirements and match them with suitable talent.

• Source Talent: Use tools like job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and referrals to attract top candidates.
• Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee every step, from job briefing, shortlisting, and interviews to offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up.
• Enhance Candidate Experience: Deliver a professional, supportive approach to candidates throughout the process.

• Stay Informed: Monitor labor market trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Consistently exceed client and candidate expectations, fostering long-term partnerships.

• Recruitment or Client-Focused Experience: Experience in a 360° recruitment consultant role, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding ability to connect with and influence people at all levels.
• Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Organised & Efficient: Skilled at managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Passion for People: A genuine interest in supporting individuals in their career journeys while driving client success.
• Technology Confidence: Proficient in ATS systems, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
