Senior Recruitment Consultant - Technology

Location: London (UK & Europe focus)

Salary: £35-50k depending on experience plus uncapped commission

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within one or more tech sectors (e.g., Software Development, Enterprise & Cloud, IoT, Automotive Tech, Semiconductors)
• Source, engage, and place high-calibre talent in permanent, contract, and project-based roles
• Collaborate closely across teams to drive business growth and offer exceptional service

You'll be supported by sophisticated technology tools and ongoing professional development to ensure you're positioned as a specialist and trusted advisor within your vertical.
