Recruitment Consultant – SEND Specialist Location: Guildford (Godalming)

Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission

A highly recognised education recruitment brand is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their Guildford office (based in Godalming), focusing on the SEND market.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine background in SEND – whether you have worked as a Teacher, Teaching Assistant, or already within SEND recruitment – to combine your experience with a career that offers strong earning potential, clear progression, and the chance to make a real difference.

The Role

• Develop and manage a desk specialising in SEND recruitment

• Build lasting relationships with schools, SENCOs, and SEND professionals

• Source, interview, and place high-quality SEND candidates

• Drive business development to grow your client and candidate network

• Work as part of a supportive, high-performing team

• Proven experience within SEND (education or recruitment)

• A people-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills

• Drive, resilience, and ambition to succeed in a sales-focused environment

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for education

• Salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)

• Uncapped commission structure

• Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
