We are a medium-sized, dynamic recruitment agency specializing in the SEND sector, working with schools and alternative provisions across England and Wales. Our mission is simple: to deliver exceptional service to both our clients and candidates.

Your Role

As a Temps Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take on an exciting and rewarding 360-degree recruitment role, which includes:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and alternative provisions.
• Crafting creative and effective job advertisements to attract top talent.
• Telephone screening and interviewing candidates to find the perfect fit for each role.
• Driving business development to expand your client base and nurture existing connections.

• Competitive Base Salary with no threshold on commissions—earn up to 13.5% on all margins billed with realistic targets.
• Flexible Working Hours with reduced hours during school holidays and early Friday finishes, 7am-4pn or 9am-6pm. Working from home 2 days a week

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales or temp recruitment (education sector experience is a bonus but not essential).
• A driven individual with strong business development skills and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in a target-oriented environment.
• Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.
