- Has a proven track record of billing £200k+ per year in recruitment.
- Excels in business development, client relationship management, and strategic account planning.
- Has deep knowledge of HR, Technology, or Go-To-Market recruitment (senior/mid-to-senior level).
- Is self-motivated, commercially minded, and thrives in a high-performance environment.
- Aligns with a professional, ethical, and client-focused approach to recruitment.
- Competitive base salary (£50–70k) plus uncapped commission.
