About the Opportunity A well-established, people-first recruitment consultancy specializing in placing teaching, support, and leadership staff across schools, colleges, and alternative provisions for the past 20 years is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team in London. You'll work across both temporary (supply) and permanent roles, contributing to a business that values ethical practice and strong, trust-based relationships.

- Act as the bridge between clients (schools) and candidates (teachers and school support staff), understanding both sides' needs.
- Use business development techniques, job board postings, social media, and headhunting to grow client engagement and attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—application screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and candidate briefing.
- Utilise tools like Salesforce to organise bookings and placements efficiently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to manage your own workload.
- A proactive, ethical, and professional approach to recruitment.
- Sales or recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Competitive base salary (up to £37,500) with uncapped commission and OTE potential.
