Are you a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives in building lasting client and candidate relationships? Do you want to join a boutique firm where you’ll be empowered to run your desk, develop business, and shape your success – without KPIs or micromanagement?
My client are a well-established specialist recruitment consultancy with over 20 years’ experience in financial services (asset management, consultancy, and insurance). Their team of 15 is highly collaborative, relationship-led, and respected in the industry. Now they are growing and we’re looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us.
What You’ll Be Doing- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and senior-level candidates
- Growing your own portfolio of accounts through business development and networking
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment across mid-to-senior roles (£50–60k sweet spot and above)
- Partnering with account managers and delivery consultants for maximum impact
- Becoming a trusted advisor in the financial services talent market
- A proven track record of BD success in tough markets
- Strong experience in 360 recruitment (contract and/or perm)
- Confidence managing your own accounts and running with autonomy
- A stable CV showing commitment and resilience
- Ideally, financial services experience (though not essential if you’re quick to pick up new markets)
- A relationship-driven culture – no cold call targets or rigid KPIs
- Flexibility: 1 day in the office, 4 remote
- Competitive base salary + commission (target = 4x base)
