Principal Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services | Boutique Firm | London

My client are a well-established specialist recruitment consultancy with over 20 years’ experience in financial services (asset management, consultancy, and insurance). Their team of 15 is highly collaborative, relationship-led, and respected in the industry. Now they are growing and we’re looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and senior-level candidates
• Growing your own portfolio of accounts through business development and networking
• Delivering end-to-end recruitment across mid-to-senior roles (£50-60k sweet spot and above)
• Partnering with account managers and delivery consultants for maximum impact
• Becoming a trusted advisor in the financial services talent market

What They Are Looking For

• A proven track record of BD success in tough markets
• Strong experience in 360 recruitment (contract and/or perm)
• Confidence managing your own accounts and running with autonomy
• A stable CV showing commitment and resilience
• Ideally, financial services experience (though not essential if you’re quick to pick up new markets)
