Senior Recruitment Consultant – Sport Sector (Executive Search & Leadership)

London / Hybrid / UK (flexible)

£35-45k basic dependant on experience plus uncapped commission

Our client is an established International Executive Recruitment Consultancy with over 30 years’ experience delivering exceptional talent solutions across sectors including Sport, Leisure, Finance, and Professional Services. Due to growth they are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about Sport and motivated by helping organisations build high-performing leadership teams.

This role sits within a dedicated Sport recruitment team delivering retained executive search and leadership appointments across areas such as Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Partnerships and Digital all within the fast-moving world of Sport.
