Your Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Mastery:

- Take charge of the entire recruitment process: from attracting and screening top-tier candidates to conducting engaging interviews and registering the best talent.

Service Champion:

- Become the trusted partner for our clients! Manage and develop client accounts while ensuring full job descriptions and person specifications are in sync with both client and applicant needs.

- Conduct regular service visits to foster strong relationships and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

Applicant Advocate:

- Be the guiding light for applicants! Expertly match them with career opportunities aligned with their goals while providing valuable career advice and support.

- Manage expectations and provide a seamless and responsive experience.

Strategic Business Planner:
