360 Temp Managing Consultant / Team Leader – Business Support | London

£40-55k basic + uncapped commission + team bonus

Ready to stop just billing and start building? This is a hybrid role for someone who wants to run their own desk and lead a team at a boutique London agency with nearly 50 years behind it and a name that candidates and clients already trust.

What you'll be doing:

• Running your own 360 temp desk; placements, extensions, the lot
• Leading and developing a team, with real accountability for their numbers as well as your own
• Working with one of the largest and most experienced Business Support candidate networks in London
• Backed by in-house L&D and genuinely experienced leadership to learn from
