Super exciting role! We now working with a leading recruitment agency with over 10 offices nationwide, who is looking for a Manager/Director for their Commercial team split across London and parts of Surrey.

£50-75k basic, hybrid working, London-based.

Are you currently billing, managing a small team, and looking for your next step up? 

Do you have experience in leading a sales strategy for a team as well as winning business?

Do you have a passion for team growth and would love the opportunity to have autonomy in growing a team to an additional 25 people over the next 2 years?

My client is all about hiring the RIGHT person to manage this brilliant team of consultants and will consider candidates from any sector as long as you have team management experience and want to bill around £100k per year.

There is also the opportunity for this role to expand into 5 other locations in 2 years.

We have availability to meet the MD this week on Teams and then to meet the CEO face-to-face next Wednesday.
