Delivery Consultant | Automation Engineering | US Market

Salary: £37K basic DOE plus commission, OTE £60K to £65K

With offices in the UK, Europe and the US, they are genuinely international, and their US operation is growing fast, which is where you come in.

They need an experienced delivery consultant to focus purely on candidate role filling and candidate lead generation for the US market. No cold sales, no new business, just doing what you do best with warm, engaged clients who trust the brand.

Because you will be working US hours, shifts run 11-8, 10-7 or 8.30-5.30, mostly office based with the evening portion worked from home.

What you will be doing

Sourcing, engaging and managing candidates across the automation engineering space, filling live roles for exclusive US clients and building candidate pipelines in one of the most exciting, fastest growing sectors in engineering.

What is in it for you

A basic salary of up to £37K depending on experience, with strong commission taking your OTE to £60K to £65K. And this is not a dead end delivery seat.
