JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant - Commercial Division

LOCATION: Tunbridge Wells, Kent SALARY: £30,000-£35,000 + uncapped commission

The role

You will be running a full 360 commercial desk, covering permanent placements across administration, customer service, sales, marketing and business support. Responsibilities include building and managing your own client relationships, writing and advertising roles, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and working to individual billing targets.

This is a relationship-led business. The expectation is to get to know your clients and candidates properly and make placements that last - not to hit volume at the expense of quality.

You will join a team with an established client base and strong local market presence, giving you a genuine foundation to build from rather than starting cold.
