Account Manager 

Are you an experienced temp recruiter who loves the operational side of recruitment rather than cold sales and constant business development?

Our client, a highly established recruitment agency, is looking for a Delivery Consultant / Account Manager to manage and support a large volume account.

This is a genuinely lovely role for someone who enjoys candidate management, organisation, compliance and account coordination.

There is zero sales involved.

The successful candidate will manage a high volume temporary account that is already generating strong revenue and is forecast to grow significantly further over the coming months.

The role will be based out of Haywards Heath, with approximately 1 day per week required on-site with the client. Outside of this, you will be office based.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a large temporary workforce

• Candidate onboarding and registrations

• Compliance management

• Weekly payroll coordination via portal system

• Temp welfare and check ins

• Client liaison

• General account administration

• Supporting a fast paced pharmaceutical account

The client has stressed that organisation and administration are absolutely critical for this role.

This is a compliance heavy environment, therefore attention to detail is essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous temp recruitment experience

• Strong administration and organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• A calm and professional approach

• High attention to detail

• Confidence managing both candidates and clients

What’s on offer:

• £28,000 to £30,000 basic salary

• Circa £1,000 per month commission currently

• Account set to grow significantly further
