- Description
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Business Support division in Redhill. This opportunity would suit either:
- An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to further develop their desk and earning potential; or
- A Resourcer / Delivery Consultant who is hungry to increase their earnings and progress into a full 360 role with support and training.
You will be working within the Business Support sector, recruiting across positions such as Administration, Customer Service, PA/EA, HR Support, Office Management, Sales Support, and other commercial office-based roles.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is motivated by career progression and uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Management
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Business Support vacancies
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network through advertising, LinkedIn, referrals, and database searches
- Manage the full candidate journey from registration through to placement
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide ongoing feedback
- Develop long-term relationships with high-quality candidates
Client Management & Business Development
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients across Surrey and surrounding areas
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn, and market mapping
- Attend client meetings to understand hiring needs and company culture
- Negotiate terms of business and fees
- Manage vacancies from brief through to offer stage
- Deliver a high-quality consultative recruitment service
Desk Management
- Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM/database
- Write and advertise engaging job adverts
- Stay up to date with market trends within the Business Support sector
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates and clients
Ideal Candidate

Experienced 360 Recruiters
- Previous experience managing a full recruitment desk
- Proven billing or business development track record
- Confident managing both clients and candidates
Resourcers / Delivery Consultants Looking to Progress
- Experience sourcing and managing candidates within recruitment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, resilient, and commercially minded
- Motivated by financial reward and career progression
- Keen to learn business development and client management
Skills & Experience
- Previous recruitment experience preferred (360, resourcing, delivery, or account management)
- Experience within Business Support, Commercial, Office Support, or Professional Services recruitment advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
