Our client is a highly respected and rapidly growing specialist Financial Services recruitment agency operating across the UK, Europe, and North America within Risk, Compliance, FinTech, Technology, Analytics, and Executive Search. They are trusted partners to global consultancies, banking organisations, insurance businesses, and high growth FinTech companies.

Due to continued growth and exceptional performance, they are now looking to hire an additional Delivery Consultant into their high performing team.

This is a genuine 270 Delivery Consultant opportunity where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to placement and offer management, whilst partnering closely with senior consultants and directors on retained and exclusive assignments.

The role can be fully remote for the right person, although there is also the option to work on a hybrid basis from their modern Hove office for anyone who enjoys office collaboration and team culture.

• Previous recruitment experience within delivery, resourcing, or 270 recruitment
• Someone who enjoys managing recruitment processes from start to finish
• Financial Services recruitment experience would be highly beneficial
• Professional sector recruitment backgrounds will absolutely be considered for office based or hybrid individuals wanting to move into Financial Services recruitment
• Strong candidate management and relationship building skills
