The Opportunity

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment cycle, including:

• Winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships
• Building strong relationships with law firms and legal hiring managers
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-calibre legal professionals
• Managing the full recruitment process from brief to offer stage
• Negotiating fees, terms of business, and placement agreements
• Developing and expanding your network within the legal sector
• Managing and growing existing accounts while driving new revenue
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Working toward ambitious billing targets with outstanding commission rewards

This is a true 360 role for someone who enjoys both the sales and delivery side of recruitment and wants the autonomy to build something exceptional.

About You

You will be:

• An experienced 360 recruiter, ideally within legal recruitment or professional services
• A strong business developer who enjoys opening doors and winning clients
• Commercially sharp, target-driven, and highly motivated by success
• Confident managing senior-level client and candidate relationships
• Naturally consultative with excellent communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple live vacancies
• Passionate about recruitment and motivated by progression and earnings
