They are now looking to appoint an Industrial Divisional Manager, Managing Consultant, or a Senior Consultant ready to step into leadership to grow and develop their presence across Sussex and the wider South East.

The opportunity
The industrial division in the South East currently operates with an experienced consultant in Crawley, however the agency has identified a major opportunity to significantly expand the operation.
The successful hire will be brought in to:
• Develop and grow the industrial recruitment offering across the South East
• Expand the desk beyond the current local footprint
• Build a strong temporary recruitment desk within the industrial sector
• Win new clients and grow existing relationships
• Recruit and develop additional consultants as the team expandsThis is a growth project, meaning the right individual will be given time, support and investment to build a successful division.
Who this role will suit
This opportunity will appeal to someone who is either:
• An Industrial Recruitment Divisional Manager or Managing Consultant who enjoys building teams and growing divisions
• A Senior Industrial Recruiter ready to step into their first leadership role
• Someone with strong experience in industrial temporary recruitmentCandidates from manufacturing, engineering or production recruitment backgrounds will also be considered.

Location and working environment
The role can be based from either the Brighton or Crawley office.
The business generally operates an office based culture, however flexibility is absolutely available for the right individual, particularly where commuting is involved.
