Recruitment Consultant – 360 Temporaries Desk (Industrial sector)

Location: Crawley, West Sussex, 3-5 days in the office, hybrid working. 

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + exceptional uncapped commission

Working with a highly successful recruitment agency where you’ll own a cold industrial temp desk, with full support, live client opportunities, and the chance to create your own revenue stream from scratch.

What You’ll Do:

• Build a temp desk in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or logistics
• Develop new client relationships and manage candidate pipelines
• Drive revenue and placements from scratch
• Work in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
• Take full ownership and shape your own success

• Knows how to build and grow a temp desk from scratch.
• Must have previous 360 agency experience gained within the industrial, engineering, manufacturing or logistics temp recruitment.
• Has strong sales ability and confidence with clients.
• Is commercially driven and motivated by earnings.
• Wants ownership of their own desk and long-term career growth.
• Is ready to make an impact and maximise income potential.
