We are a specialist education recruitment consultancy focusing on Primary and Secondary teaching placements across England. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality candidates, building long-term relationships with schools, and creating a supportive environment for our team.
We are looking for a motivated 360 Education Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing newly qualified teachers and experienced education professionals to placing them in schools across England.
You’ll split your time between business development, managing your candidate pipeline, and working directly with schools to fill permanent teaching roles. This role is a blend of office-based collaboration and remote flexibility.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Primary and Secondary school roles.
- Source, screen, and place newly qualified teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators.
- Build strong relationships with schools and candidates to understand needs and ensure successful placements.
Business Development
- Identify new school opportunities and grow your desk via proactive business development.
- Balance your geographic coverage across England without overwhelming your capacity.
Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to schools and candidates.
- Provide guidance on contracts, offers, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track KPIs.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 360 recruitment experience (permanent placements only).
- Specialism in education or healthcare recruitment is required.
- Experience in Primary & Secondary placements; SEN knowledge is a plus but not essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a hybrid desk.
Nice to Have
- Experience placing ECTs and newly qualified teachers.
- Previous experience balancing BD and candidate management.
What We Offer
- Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary, up to £35k basic DOE plus uncapped commission.
- Annual Leave: 40 days plus 1 day for your birthday, bank holidays, and Christmas closure. After 1 year’s service, add 10 extra days.
- Fully Remote option
- Team Environment: Small, supportive team with a clear focus on growth.
- Geographic Scope: Opportunities to work across the whole of England, with manageable desk allocation.
