Recruitment Consultant – fully remote

As a 360 Remote Working Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client engagement through candidate sourcing and placement. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours, ideal for someone entrepreneurial in spirit and results-driven.
You will:
- Generate new business by identifying and winning client accounts.
- Work directly with hiring managers to scope roles, understand needs, and define recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, engage, and place candidates across technical and professional sectors.
- Maintain excellent candidate and client relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver on KPIs including billings, placements, and client growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Proactively prospect and build a pipeline of new clients.
- Position the consultancy’s specialist services to employers in targeted sectors.
- Negotiate fee structures and win exclusive recruitment mandates.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen applicants, manage interviews, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track metrics to forecast performance.
Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
- Deliver market insight and salary benchmarking where appropriate.
- Ensure exceptional service from initial contact to placement success.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years 360 recruitment experience with full-cycle desk ownership.
- Proven ability to win business and drive revenue independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing a remote schedule.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs (Bullhorn, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience recruiting in technical, engineering, or construction markets.
- Existing network in Mechanical, Electrical, or related talent pools.
