What You’ll Do
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll connect top talent with top engineering & manufacturing businesses across the UK. You’ll:
- Build, nurture, and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source the very best talent for a variety of vacancies.
- Negotiate terms of business and secure lasting partnerships.
- Act as a trusted ambassador for the business, delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
- Collaborate with the resourcing team to stay ahead in candidate attraction methods.
Our ideal candidate is:
- A confident, proactive self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in recruitment (minimum 18 months in engineering or manufacturing preferred).
- Highly organised and able to thrive under deadlines.
- A natural multitasker and team player.
