Operations Assistant
The Pantiles, Royal Tunbridge Wells
£26,000 – £27,000 (37.5 hours per week)

What You’ll Do
Contracts, Compliance & Data Management
• Draft and prepare contractor and client contracts
• Send contracts via AdobeSign and manage the entire signing process
• Track contract status and chase signatures
• Complete compliance checks and references in line with GDPR
• Maintain framework agreement logs and track expiry dates
• Chase Purchase Orders and log for invoicing
• Keep contractor data logs accurate and up to date
• Electronic filing and document organisation
Operations Support & Project Work
• Support operational certifications including ISO and industry awards
• Help manage professional memberships and compliance activity
• Update and produce key internal documents including spreadsheets, org charts and forms
• Office provisioning and supplier management
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding
• Play a key role in planning events including summer and winter parties, charity events and team days
• Provide flexible support on ad hoc operational tasks
