HOT JOB - Account Manager/Delivery Tech Recruitment (NO BD)

Location: South West London, hybrid 

One of our favourite clients, a highly regarded specialist Technology recruitment company with a specialism in secure systems, mission-critical infrastructure, and advanced engineering is looking to hire an experienced Technology Recruiter to focus purely on delivery and account management. 

This is a genuinely delivery-led role. The business has a strong reputation, long-standing client relationships, and more live requirements than the current team can comfortably service, no business development is required or expected. 

If you have experience working in the Tech sector and have strong delivery capability across multiple concurrent roles then please let me know! 

You also need to have a keen interest in working with complex, high-quality technology mandates rather than volume sales ????

Basic salary up to £35k for the right person. 

Commission & Bonus Structure

Monthly Commission (no threshold):

10% on £0 – £10k

15% on £10k – £15k

20% on £15k – £20k

25% on £20k+

Quarterly Bonuses (total, not cumulative):

£500 for £30k billed, £1,000 for £45k, £1,500 for £60k, £2,000 for £75k+ 

Annual Bonus (pro-rated where applicable, total not cumulative):

£1,000 for £120k billed, £2,500 for £180k, £5,000 for £240, £10,000 for £300k+
