- Source, screen, and place top talent in trades, engineering, and site roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Collaborate with a small, experienced team to ensure smooth operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding your network.
- Proven experience as a contract recruiter in the construction or M&E sector.
- A strong understanding of the trades, engineering, or site professional markets.
- Self-motivated and confident in your ability to deliver results.
