Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: London

Salary: £40k per annum plus generous bonus and commission structure, 50% of everything you bring on (temp or perm)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Company Overview: Our client is a high-performing and energetic recruitment team dedicated to supporting our clients in finding the best talent for their businesses. They pride themselves on delivering consultative recruitment solutions and fostering lasting relationships with their clients. Due to their team's success, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct research, networking, and lead generation to expand their client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and inform them of their tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches both virtually and in person.
  • Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns: Work with their marketing and social media teams to create and deploy business development campaigns.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the Company: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote their services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar customer-facing role within recruitment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
