We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to help drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and engage with candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our mission.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and other networking events to promote our mission and attract top talent.
- Proven experience as a Technology Recruiter within a Tech recruitment agency.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- A passion for connecting people with opportunities and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Actively source candidates through various platforms and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical assessments with relevant teams.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational values and mission.
- Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
