If you’ve got 4+ years’ recruitment experience and a proven track record of billing £150,000+ per year, this is your chance to launch your own agency with the full support of a business that has been successfully helping recruiters set up for themselves for over 15 years.
This partner is a highly established, trusted organisation with a strong track record of supporting recruiters across the UK. They know exactly what it takes to make independent recruiters successful — because they’ve been doing it for years.
What you get from day one:- Laptop & phone provided
- CRM system fully set up
- Job boards: CV Library & Reed with unlimited CV search
- LinkedIn Recruiter licence or unlimited Indeed CV search — your choice
- Back office: invoicing, credit control, payroll, finance, compliance, legal
- Branding & tech: logo, website, email, IT support, social media setup
- Optional salary for the first six months if you want added security while you get started
- 25% on billings up to £200,000
- 10% on everything above £200,000
- No hidden charges — all your tools and support are included
- Bill £100,000 → only £25,000 goes to support (everything included)
- Bill £200,000 → only £50,000
- Bill £300,000 → only £60,000
- Bill £400,000 → only £70,000
