Researcher/ Delivery  – Remote

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic

OTE: Realistic £75,000+

Location: Remote, with one team day in Brighton every two weeks

The Role

This is not an entry-level research position — we are looking for an experienced professional with a track record in Tech and/or Transformation research. Ideally, you will bring experience within the insurance sector and have the billings history to prove it.

You will:

• Deliver high-level research and talent mapping within Technology and Transformation markets

• Identify, qualify, and engage with niche talent pools

• Partner with consultants to strengthen delivery into existing key accounts

• Provide market intelligence and insights to help shape recruitment strategies

• Operate with independence while remaining connected to the wider team through regular collaboration days in Brighton

• Salary up to £35,000 basic

• Realistic OTE £75,000+ with uncapped earning potential

• Remote-first working with full autonomy and flexibility

• Exposure to prestigious clients and senior stakeholders

• A supportive and ambitious team environment

• Proven experience as a Researcher in Tech and/or Transformation recruitment

• Ideally exposure to the insurance or financial services markets

• Evidence of successful billings and delivery — someone who does not need extensive training

• A self-starter who enjoys working independently but also values team collaboration

• Willingness to travel to Brighton for team days once every two weeks
