Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Hove (fully on-site)

Salary: Up to £50,000 basic DOE + competitive commission and incentives

The Role

This is a 360 position where you’ll take ownership of your own specialist desk within a high-demand technical market. You’ll focus on winning new business, building deep candidate networks, and delivering a high-quality recruitment service to both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development through to placement
• Build and own a defined niche, becoming the go-to expert in your market
• Prospect, pitch and negotiate with new clients confidently and at pace
• Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships at every stage of the process
• Consistently achieve billing targets and performance goals
• Play an active role in the business’s collaborative, on-site culture
