360 Sales Recruiter – USA Semiconductors Market
Location: Hybrid (Hove HQ)
Salary: Up to £40K OTE plus uncapped commission structure
Hours: Approx. 12pm–9pm (US time zone alignment)
Type: Contract or Permanent

This Consulting Group is expanding our specialist team and we’re hiring an experienced 360 Sales Recruiter to focus on the booming US semiconductor market. This role offers the chance to join a respected name in technical recruitment with a global footprint and an enviable reputation in the semiconductor industry.
What we’re looking for:
- Self-sufficient and proven 360 recruiter
- Experience in the US market (or confidence to build into it)
- Interest or knowledge in the semiconductor sector
- Contract or perm focus – we’re open to either
- Driven, resilient, and proactive
