The role
A genuine 360 desk recruiting into the US market from the London team, full cycle, business development through to placement. It’s not a delivery seat.
- Focus on the AI / ML / data space, building out alongside an established US-focused London team
- The US market means bigger deals and a higher earning ceiling than a comparable UK desk
- Plenty of room to shape your niche and go-to-market approach
- Hybrid roughly 2 days a week in the London office at this level
- Flexible on when you work around your contracted hours. US time zones mean the odd later call, do it because it’s worth doing, not because anyone’s watching the clock. Hours aren’t policed beyond the contract.
- Remote working is possible with prior approval from your line manager. It’s not a remote-first setup, but they’ve got people from all over and they understand you might want to visit family if they are abroad.

- Realistic on-target earnings build year on year, with the structure designed to take you toward six figures
- Basic salary: £50-75k depending on experience
