A well-established specialist technology recruitment business is looking for an experienced senior consultant to take ownership of a European desk. The business operates across Software, Data and Cloud, working with a broad range of technology clients at different stages of growth across European markets. The focus is on quality over volume - long-term client relationships, credible market knowledge and a considered approach to hiring.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running a full 360 desk across European technology markets
• Generating new business and developing existing client accounts
• Headhunting and sourcing senior technology professionals across Software, Data and Cloud
• Building strong, consultative relationships with clients at senior and C-suite level
• Taking full ownership of your desk - pipeline, activity, revenue and results
• Keeping across market trends and using that knowledge to add value to every client conversation
• Using modern sourcing tools, CRM platforms and technology to work efficiently and effectively
• Supporting less experienced team members where the opportunity arises

What They're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in technology recruitment
• A strong and consistent billing history with evidence of desk growth
• Proven new business development skills - comfortable working a full BD cycle
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships on both client and candidate side
• Confident, credible and commercially sharp
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems and sourcing technology
• Self-sufficient, target-driven and someone who takes their results personally
