- Lead, coach, and grow a team of IT contract recruiters
- Drive new business development and client expansion across the UK and globally
- Work in partnership with the CEO to shape business strategy and execution
- Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and accountability
- Represent the UK region in the global leadership forum
- Proven man-management experience within IT contract recruitment
- A track record of billing success and team leadership
- Commercially driven with a growth mindset
