Why This Model Works:- Uncapped Commission — Earn up to 80% of your billings
- Zero Desk Fees — All systems and tools provided
- Work Your Way — Fully remote, with total autonomy
- Stay Connected — Included in regular team events and culture
- £0–£200k = 65%
- £200k–£300k = 70%
- £300k–£400k = 75%
- £400k+ = 80%
(Increases in 5% tiers as your billings grow)
- LinkedIn Recruiter licence
- CRM system access (Bullhorn)
- Fully branded marketing and digital presence
- Full finance support (invoicing, credit control, etc.)
- Run your perm and/or contract desk — with full funding for contract placements
- Real inclusion in the wider team — you’re not on your own
- A proven biller in finance, tax, treasury, or accountancy recruitment
- Independent, driven, and delivery-focused
- Financially prepared to move into a commission-only setup
