Location: Crawley / Gatwick (Office-Based)
Hours: Flexible – aligned with US East Coast (e.g. 8:30–5:30, 12–8pm, or split shifts)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic
OTE: £70,000–£100,000 realistic in year one
Start Date: ASAP
We are hiring a Delivery Consultant to take over a growing desk in the US engineering sector, focusing on automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing. The desk already has multiple active clients and more than 15 live roles, with average placement fees of £20,000.
This is a pure delivery role with no cold calling or business development. Your focus will be on finding top-tier engineering candidates for roles across mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing disciplines.
You will work closely with a dedicated US-facing BD Consultant and have flexibility around your working hours to best serve the East Coast market.
Responsibilities- Source, screen, and manage candidates for US-based engineering roles
- Oversee the full recruitment process from initial outreach to placement
- Collaborate with our internal BD lead to align delivery efforts
- Flex your working hours based on client needs
- 6–12+ months experience in recruitment (delivery, 180, or resourcing)
- Engineering or manufacturing recruitment background preferred
- US market knowledge is a bonus, not essential
- Self-driven, coachable, and highly motivated
- Able to adapt working hours around client needs
- Basic salary up to £35,000
- £70,000–£100,000+ first-year OTE
- Commission structure: £2,000 per placement or £5,000 on your third in a month
