About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations in Haywards Heath. This role involves managing a team of four consultants, with plans for expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for branch operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consultants to achieve and exceed billing targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand the client base.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Collaborate with senior management to set objectives and align team efforts with company goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep the company competitive.
- Competitive basic salary up to £45,000.
