- How will you spend your days?
* Search for suitable candidates for our clients using headhunting methods and online job boards
* Qualify candidates for registration purposes and match to specific vacancies
* Make recommendations to consultants as to the suitability of candidates for the specific vacancies
* Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification of potential candidates
* Update candidate information and activity on our in-house recruitment database
* Network with candidates using multiple social media tools.
