M&E Recruitment Consultant - Construction
Maidstone, Kent
£30,000 to £80,000+ OTEAre you an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity? Do you have experience in recruitment, particularly within the Mechanical & Electrical sector? If so, I want to hear from you!
My client is a well-established recruitment agency located in Maidstone, specialising in connecting top talent with leading companies in the area. With a strong foothold in the Kent region, they have built a reputation for excellence and integrity in recruitment services.
Your duties will include:- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
- Developing tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the Mechanical & Electrical sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a drive for success
