We’re looking for an ambitious, driven Delivery Consultant to join a high-performing specialist recruitment business with a global reach, a collaborative culture and serious opportunities to earn.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll be part of a specialist team recruiting across SAP, enterprise technology and business transformation, supporting clients and candidates across the UK, Europe, the USA and beyond.

You’ll focus on delivering outstanding candidates, building strong relationships and helping drive successful placements in a fast-moving international market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Source, identify and engage high-quality candidates across specialist markets.
• Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and proactive networking.
• Screen and qualify candidates, understanding their skills, experience and career ambitions.
• Match outstanding talent to live vacancies and client requirements.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial conversation to offer and placement.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and work closely with consultants to deliver results.
• Stay ahead of market trends and identify new opportunities to strengthen your talent network.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You could be an experienced Delivery Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant ready for your next move.
