Up to £35,000 basic salary DOE + uncapped commission

Realistic Year 1 earnings of £50,000, with strong performers earning £60,000–£70,000+

We're working with an established specialist technology recruitment business in central Brighton, who are looking for ambitious people to join their growing team as a 180 Delivery Consultant

You don't need years of recruitment experience. 1-2 years good solid grounding in Recruitment or a background in proven sales would be desirable.

What will you be doing?

You'll be working closely with experienced consultants to identify and engage candidates for some really interesting technology roles across international markets.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Researching and sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals
• Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals
• Speaking to candidates over the phone about current and future opportunities
• Screening CVs and assessing candidates against specific requirements
• Conducting initial candidate conversations and interviews
• Managing and updating candidate information on the CRM/ATS
• Working closely with the wider recruitment team to deliver against live vacancies
• Developing your knowledge of specialist technology markets

A big part of the role is picking up the phone. You'll be speaking with people from all over the world, so confidence, communication and the ability to build trust are really important.

What are we looking for?

We're not necessarily looking for someone who has done recruitment before.

You might already have some recruitment or sales experience, or you could simply be someone who has the right attitude and wants to get into the industry.
